Pantek offers high quality PROVING CHAMBERS and LOADERS LIFTS that are entirely designed and built in-house. Having a comprehensive control over each phase of the design and production of our products ensures that the utmost care goes into every project, from the first steps of project planning to the final touches before they’re shipped off to the client.

Maximum customization
Proving chamber for bakery and pastry products, available for rack ovens trolleys or loader for deck ovens. This proving chamber maintains the chosen temperature and humidity conditions to deliver a uniform leavening and a stable mixture of heat and steam.
Available with one or more doors, with sizing and configurations options suited to the specific needs of the customer, the proving chambers are equipped with anti-fog glass to check the progress of the leavening process at any time.

Loaders lifts

Pantek’s loader lifts are designed and built to assist bakers in their daily job. The lifts can be used on all types of ovens. A standard loader’s dimensions are 3500mmX 580mm. Every single machine is pre-assembled in our factory and undergoes a rigorous quality control and testing process.
